I have a customer that would like to record phone calls. I was wondering if anybody out there has been able to succefully confrenece in a subcriber and then extract the wav file in a voice mail only set up. I have seen this done with unified but not in a voicemail only. Where would the wave file be? As it would not be delivered into the email box?
Also is there a way to record in 16 bit 2 track?
If you know of any 3rd party software that would be great as well
