Hi,
I have a call handler configured in unity to transfer calls to another number.
The thing is before transfering the call there is a system message played saying transferring call.
Is there a way for the call to be transfered without it doing this?

Hi Kev,
To delete the "Please wait while we transfer your call" message;
For Unity versions prior to 4.1 here is an excellent answer from Jeff @ Cisco;
For Unity versions 4.1 and 4.2 here is another great answer from Jorge;

Rob,
Worked a treat i had to do the wav file copy as it's prior to 4.1 which is why i had so much trouble with this.
