Unity TTS access via TUI deletes email

Unity UM, 4.0(5) OS Win2k, Sp4 partner Ex2k3 OS Sp1, Exch Sp1. When user reads email via TUI, choosing the delete option 'permanently' deletes from Exchange. Deleted email via TUI is not placed in Deleted Folder. I know there is an option to place deleted VM to the deleted folder - if this is enabled will the same hold true with emails accessed via TUI? If yes, where is the setting again??

Yes, both emails and voice mails should obey this setting - it's on the Class of Service that the Subscriber is associated with that dictates this behavior.
