I have a customer who has requested that I upgrade their 3 existing Unity 4.04 UM servers to 4.05 in order to allow them to use the COBRAS export utility to migrate their users over to a 7.02 Unity platform. I've read through the "Upgrading Cisco Unity 4.x software to shipping version" guide but was curious if anyone had been through the process of stepping up from 4.04 to 4.05 and if there are any issues that I should be aware of since I've read through threads stating the upgrade has taken them anywhere from 2 hours per server to 6. The existing Unity 4.04 servers are integrated with Exchange 2003. Thanks for any input.

I've discussed essentially the same process in another thread quite a bit. Take a look here and let me know if you have any other questions:
