Unity UM 5.0(1) one subscriber gets mailbox error

I did a Bulk Subscriber Delete, then Imported this user, still getting these messages. You can leave her a message but she never gets it. THe other 882 subscribers are having no problems.

Sounds like a permissions problem. Check the permissions of a subscriber that works and compare it to this subscriber.

I suspect the "Inherit Rights" is not checked on the Advance Security Tab of the AD user.
