Hi all,

I'm wondering if I can change the subject and the FROM field of the email that Unity system sends to subscribers when they have voice messages.

Does anyone know how to do that, pls show me the way.

Beginning with Unity 4.2(1), you can modify the subject line using the Advanced Settings Tool. Look in Administration for subject line customizations. In Unity 7.x, these customizations are found in the SA under Configuration > Message Subjects. To my knowledge, you cannot modify the FROM field.
