Hi,
Cisco Unity VM 3.1(6) with on-box Exchange 2000 SP2 installed on Windows 2000 platform. Now we want to upgrade the Cisco Unity from 3.1(6) to 4.0(5) version. One of the requiement for this upgrading is that we need upgrade the Exchange 2000 SP2 to Exchange 2000 SP3 and its rollup. However during the upgrading exchange, we experienced some problem and failed to upgrade to Exchange 2000 SP3. The following is the part of the error:
Could have anyone suggest on how to solve the problem?
