I have a client that uses a helpdesk utility for IT requests. When a call forwards to voicemail the message is sent to the unified messaging mailbox, the mail has no text in the body of the email as standard. this causes a problem with the ticketting system being unable to monitor the mail. Can the standard message from unity be changed so that some text is included in the mail with the attached voice message ?
