Unity VMO Account - Restrict Reply Emails

Unity 4.2 with Exchange 2003/2007

We have many users who have VMO accounts and when they leave a message for another internal user (all on same Unity server) the message is delivered with no issues but what happens is the receipent will try to reply via email to the voice mail and the original sender does not receive this message because they don't have rights on the VMO account. We are looking for a way to either:

1) Include a disclaimer in the sending users voice mail so when the receipent tries to respond they will see the sender will not receive the email

2) Create a auto reply to the person who sends a email (to the VMO account) so they are aware the message was not delivered.

3) Better ideas???
