a client has a unity 5.0 voice-mail only. a few users had impa accounts set up. one of the users can no longer access his imap accout - he is prompted for username/password and it is not accepted.
where can i check that he is entering the correct username/password?

Hi Rob,
You can try to reset the password in Active Directory Users and Computer.
There's no way to decode his password.

so the password matches what's in AD.
what about the username - is that the name or alias in AD?
