Unity Voicemail in Outlook envelope Icon

For some reason when I get a voice mail from Unity in my outlook, the envelope doesn't not open after I've listened to it. Does anyone know what the issue is on that?

how do you have the settings in outlook to mark an e-mail as read?

I've never had to setup anything manual in Outlook to mark a message as read. It's all by default. One more thing I forgot to mention, is that if I look at my Outlook mailbox via Outlook Web Access, the envelope display the proper icon as a read message. Also, in Outlook itself, the count by the inbox gets decreased indicated a read message, and the MWI gets turned off. But the envelope icon won't change to a read message.
