Unity voicemail only message retention

How does one set a message retention policy in Unity if I want to delete older messages, for example, after a certain amount of time?

If it is voicemail only configuration, you can configure this through the Exchange Admin. Click on the properties of the information store and select the limits you want for retention.

You can also set for individuals if you like through AD.

You can also look at the message store manager tool:

this can provide a bit more ganularity if you're interested (i.e. removing all read messages older than X days or the like). It's more overhead to setup but can give you more control if that's what you're looking for.
