Has anyone configured Unity VPIM networking and/or Unity to Unity Express Networking with VPIM? Does the Exchange Voice Connector need to be installed on all Exchange servers? Unity has multiple Exchange servers with multiple message stores.
Per a Cisco whitepaper, Unity and CUE must be in different DNS domains such as unitysrvr.unity.cisco.com and site1cue.cue.cisco.com, but can Unity be entered in DNS as unitysrvr.cisco.com and the CUE sites as siteX.cue.cisco.com?

You only need to install the Voice Connector on one Exchange server. And DNS names like unitysrvr.cisco.com and siteX.cue.cisco.com should be fine. From the VPIM chapter in the Networking Guide http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_feature_guide_chapter09186a0080449aa1.html#wp1129559
"The complete domain name used by Cisco Unity cannot be a subset of the domain name used by the remote voice messaging system. For example, if Cisco Unity is using the domain name cisco.com, the remote voice messaging system cannot use names like london.cisco.com, paris-cisco.com, or romecisco.com."
