WE are using Unity for Voice Only. After a user hits the limits that I have set up, it leaves the user a message stating that their mailbox is almost full. Is there a way to delete that message from the users inbox, without going into the exchange client for every user?
First thing's first. This is going to be a function of exchange and I cannot see anyone wanting their messages automatically. That said, you could tell the users that mail is only kept for x-number of days.
