I have a customer using Unity 4.0(4). Everything has been working fine. Recently, the web page to Unity can not be displayed. The "com +" errors are also seen on the Unity server in the event viewer. I am trying to get more details from the customer, but could use any suggestions for troubleshooting.
try to run the web admin from the unity server console.
also, verify no new ACLs or protocol blocks have been placed in between the user and the unity server.
