I have two types of IP phone 7960 and 7961. both device types are configured exactly same way in CCM device (except model specific) and Unity subscriber. success the 'Test device' for the both model from Unity UTIM.
7960 is always okay the PhoneView but never works the 7961. I guess something take a look CCM IP phone device menu since Unity is identical. I din't follow the troubleshooting guide yet but I want to get information if I can get quick solution.
