Unity5.0 - PhoneView issue on 7961

-CUCM 6.1.2

-Unity 5.0

I have two types of IP phone 7960 and 7961. both device types are configured exactly same way in CCM device (except model specific) and Unity subscriber. success the 'Test device' for the both model from Unity UTIM.

7960 is always okay the PhoneView but never works the 7961. I guess something take a look CCM IP phone device menu since Unity is identical. I din't follow the troubleshooting guide yet but I want to get information if I can get quick solution.

we only have 7961 phones and phone view worked fine when I had it set up. The guides are very vague I remember. Sorry could't help much but I know it works with 7961.
