UnityConnection1.2, caller dial 1 to access cellphone during VM greeting

When callers reach user's VM, want to be promptd to dial 1 to transfer to a cell phone.

How to set this feature in Unity connection version 1.2? Thanks,

You will need to create a call handler and set it to transfer to the cell phone number. Remember to include any necessary access code such as 9.

Then modify the caller input for the subscriber so that 1 attempts a transfer for the call handler that you created.

Thanks bbufin,

there is another issue that in user's caller input section, as document said, "User with Voice Mailbox-Sends the call to the user that you specify. Specify whether the call should transfer to the user extension or go directly to the greeting of the user.", there are two opertions as "Attempt Transfer " and "Go Directly to Greetings ", but when I tested these two opertions, nothing different(Everytime, it leads me to the VM greeting, not extension).

What's wrong?
