UPC 7.0 client server health for Vmail not working

I cannot figure out why my UPC client (7.0) connection to Unity 7.0 is not working. I have changed the pasword on the Unity server and entered those credentials into the client but I get the following error when it tried to sync up; the account is not locked either. Any ideas welcome.

There are two settings in Unity (Connection) in the COS that need to be changed.  One is "Allow users to access voicemail using and IMAP client" and the other is " Allow users to use Unified Client to access voicemail".
