In UPC for deskphone control option (choose phone to control) is not active.

How i can change the user preferred device in CUP or CUCM?

We are using CUCM and Presence version 7 .

Is there is any web page on CUP or CUCM server for selecting user CTI controle device?

If yes how i can access that.?

Hi,

Selecting device would be in CUPC and not in CUPS or CUCM. In CUPC you will find drop down to select which ip phone to control.
