Hello,
We are running Call Manager/Unity 9.1 with LDAP integration for the call manager end users and CUCM user integration for Unity mailboxes/users.
We have an existing user that needs their extension updated. I updated LDAP and synced call manager so that that new extension shows up correctly, however I am trying to find how I can update the Unity mailbox to the new extension.
Any advise appreciated.

If you mean the AXL integration, you also need to click on sync on the CUC side for that to happen.
