You need to provide MORE information than this.
What are you trying to upgrade, SIP or SCCP?
Do you have a Call Manager server?

yes I do have a call manager
I'm not sure if it is SIP or SCCP. can you please help me find it? thanks

Hi
Normally it has to be sccp firmware for call manager for 7962, unless it if they ask you to do sip. Please follow the below link for more details.
