I am trying to upgrade the call manager from 6.0.1 to 6.1.1, I have downloaded the file from cisco which has part 1 ( ISO) and part 2 ( ISo File), I tried to combined the file by running "
COPY /D UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.1.1000-11.sgn.iso_part1of2+UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.1.1000-11.sgn.iso_part2of2 UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.1.1000-11.sgn.iso" ... however the file I receive after combining two file is only 35k which is much much smaller than part 1 and part 2.... and when I tried to use ftp for the upgrade using this file... it just did nothing at all even it tried to download it from the ftp server.
is it normal to have the combined file which is much much smaller than the orginal ISO file?
Thanks
Kind regards
Rachel

use the right commands and you should get the right file:
COPY /B File1+File2 Dstfile
HTH
