Upgrade from Callmanager 5.x to UC 9.1

I have a customer that has purchased UCSS who wishes to upgrade from Callmanager 5.1 to 9.1 but does not wish to use the multi-step upgrade process.  If a new 9.1 cluster is built on UCS platform will the TAC rehost licenses from the old 5.1 DLU's to the new User based licensing for the new cluster?   The customer would like to start with a fresh install and not bring what is in the old cluster over to the new one.

Upgrade from Callmanager 5.x to UC 9.1

Yes, you need to engage licensing for that to happen, well, you need to engage licensing no matter what path you take, so licenses are properly migrated into ELM.

Upgrade from Callmanager 5.x to UC 9.1

This can be done as long as the current CUCM is still under ESW/UCSS support obviously. If the support has not been renewed you need to buy the licenses, there are always some good promos.
