upgrade from CUCM 7.1.3.21901-1 to 7.1.5.31900-3 fails

Hello When I want to upgrade my publisher i get the following error

File  :  UCSInstall_UCOS_7.1.5.31900-3.sgn.iso
Start Time : Wed Aug 18 17:16:52 MDT 2010
Status: Error encountered: An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file.

i've checked the MD5 from my file and it matches the md5 once the file has been downloaded. I wasn't able to find the MD5 on any cisco documentation though

Is it possible that you may need to install the following before attempting to upgrade to version 7.1.5.

ciscocm.allow_upgrades_to_unrestricted.cop.sgn

Hi

The MD5 is available in the release notes for that specific release of CCM; easiest way to find it is when you get to the list page of the downloads you have selected before launching the really dodgy Java download app or choosing to avoid it. There is normally a 'readme' link when you have expanded the download info for a file...

Some things to try:

1) Check the MD5 value

2) try putting the .ISO file in a subdirectory on your TFTP server so it is the only file in the folder... sounds silly, but seems to work occasionally

3) Verify you can actually open the .ISO with WinRAR or another archiver. In the root of the file will be a file named ISOFILENAME. Open that in a text editor, and ensure that the name of your upgrade file matches it EXACTLY in case, letters, punctuation and all...

Your MD5 looks OK

Release 7.1(5) is available in both restricted (which is the release type that has always been available from Cisco) and unrestricted versions of software to comply with import / export restrictions to various countries. The unrestricted version is available in limited markets. Please refer to the 7.1(5b) Release Notes referenced above for a more detailed description.

The file names and MD5 values you will use for this upgrade are:

•UCSInstall_UCOS_7.1.5.31900-3.sgn.iso_part1of2
•UCSInstall_UCOS_7.1.5.31900-3.sgn.iso_part2of2
The MD5 for the Restricted combined download is: 186342d16cb4b40ef42606ead5a1fdb6

Or for the Unrestriced version:
•UCSInstall_UCOS_UNRST_7.1.5.31900-3.sgn.iso_part1of2

Is there an interim release that you need to go to first?  I would verify the upgrade path.
