Upgrade phone loads

I would like to update the phone loads before I upgrade my call manager 4.1(3) to cucm 8.5.  What is the process for upgarding these phone loads.  Thanks

Upgrade phone loads

We are going through the exact same upgrade. I am not sure what type of phones you have but we have mainly 7940's and didn't need to upgrade the loads prior to the upgrade and they are working fine.
