Upgrade to Unity 5.0 - Which part numbers?

Can someone please help? I am trying to confirm which part numbers are required to upgrade a Unity 4.0 server with current product number of UNITYU4-50USR-E which is not covered by software upgrades.

According to the dynamic configuration tool, I have come up with:

UNITY-5.x-VUP-K9 Qty 1

UNITY5.X-SL32-VUP Qty 1

UNITY5.X-UMUSER-VUP Qty 50

Am I missing anything? Thanks!

Are you going to also do any of the following ?

a. Change integration from VM to UM ,

b. Increase Ports,

c. user license counts etc

UNITY-5.X-VUP-K9 and UNITY5.X-SL32-VUP - these are top level part numbers 0$.

And you dont have smartnet (SAU) or Software essentials coverage on them ?

Get hold of a Cisco partner, get your Unity covered under smartnet support and then you get the upgrade for free. Save some bucks$$ ?
