we just upgraded our UCM infrastructure last month and we noticed 10x is out. at the time we ordered everything 9x was the only version available.
we were informed that we can preform the upgrade, however, i cant find any upgrade path instructions.we do have UCCx, presence, and unity connection and would also like to utilise prime while we upgrade.
is there an upgrade path i can follow for everything? our vendor is seeing what we need to do in order to get us rolling on the upgrade. i plan on copying the pub over to a lab enviorment to test any upgrades to minimise downtime as its a production server.

did you read the release notes and upgrade guide? They point you to all documentation you will need. As to CCX the compatibility matrix is here:
Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide for Cisco Unified CCX ...
One thing you will need to ensure is that you are running your apps in vmware as bare metal MCS servers are no longer supported with version 10.

Good, going from 9 to 10 should be pretty straight forward.
