I have recently upgraded my CUCM 8.0.0 cluster to 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 but after a reboot to switch version all CUCM services are disabled except the ability to backup and restore. If I downgrade back to 8.0.0 everything works fine again. I thought it was a licensing issue at first but I received a new cisco license and am still having the same issue. Anyone else seeing this?

Sounds like you've stumbled into a 'bridge' upgrade:

I think it means your server is no longer supported on the new version. Probablyl best to verify that against the compatibility chart:
