Currently using CUCM v6.1.11 and we would like to upgrade to v7.x.
Downloading the file is OK but we observed that the filename is UCSInstall_UCOS_SU_X.X.X.X.X.sgn.iso. Now according to the Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration Guide Release 7.0(1) (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/cucos/7_0_1/cucos/iptpch7.html#wp1052975), the filename should be UCSInstall_UCOS_X.X.X.X.X.sgn.iso.
The CUCM server would not accept the DVD with the "SU" suffix.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

SU files cannot be used for major version upgrade. Where did you get the file from? From CCO?
Any file from CCO is not supposed to be used for major version upgrade. You need to order DVD.
