Uploading Firmware

I'm having problems to upload the firmware to my CME. I've never done it before, and i only have a pc connected to the IP-PBX.

I do have the softwares, but i don't have a tftp server to upload them. Is there any software you recommend and how it does work?

You can download Cisco's old TFTP server here: http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=ciscotftp There is a bug in it where you have to turn off the Show File Transfer Progress option, but other than that it works great.
