We got a CM(CUCM) v4.1.3 that has been managed by only 1 person. Now we would want our new employee to have access to the CM admin w/ limited access such as he can add users, edit phone forwarding and edit global directory ONLY. I know this can be done via user>access rights but we don't know how.
Is there any document that can show how? how to link the access rights to the login, etc...
