User is not able to leave voice mail after no answer timeout and busy

I have problem with Unity, when caller External User is not able to leave voice mail after no answer timeout and busy.

Call flow PTSN->h323 gateway ->ccm->Unity connection

I create a translation pattern on ccm for translate all incoming calls from PTSN to voicemail pilot number and when I call to this number from outside the office I hear on ring and after no answer timeout and busy User is not able to leave voice mail . In office voicemail working propertly.

What could be causing this anomality?

Can anyone to review this call flow?.

Re: User is not able to leave voice mail after no answer timeout

if you call the same translation pattern internally does it work?

you reach first this:

Playing greeting for Call Handler: AA_Credinissan

then you press 5

"DTMF [5]"

what do you have for the caller input for 5?

attempt transfer or send to greeting?

also to what are you routing when pressing 5?

a subscriber? a call handler?

in any case does the destination element is enabled to take the message?

is using the attempt transfer on caller input what do you have as the transfer options for the destination element?

send to greeting? ring subscriber? ring subscriber at this extension?

what should be the whole call flow on this?

Re: User is not able to leave voice mail after no answer timeout

Thank you for your quick response:

what do you have for the caller input for 5?

nothing, no option on caller input for 5

attempt transfer or send to greeting?

no one

also to what are you routing when pressing 5?

a subscriber? a call handler?

subscriber now, but we tried with both of them.

in any case does the destination element is enabled to take the message?

yes

is using the attempt transfer on caller input what do you have as the transfer options for the destination element?

ring subscriber extension (we've tried with ring subscriber at this extension and ring subscribers extension)

send to greeting? ring subscriber? ring subscriber at this extension?

Re: User is not able to leave voice mail after no answer timeout

I see it says

","State - d:\commserver\localize\scripts\phtransfer.cde!CheckPlayTransferIntro

Which is the "Wait While I transfer your call."

Then see a hangup.

It's hanging up somehow during transfer it seems. You would need to get some traces going to see why both on the Unity side and the callmanager side. If you don't know how to do this, I would recommend opening a TAC case.
