VG248 showing unreachable in CUOM

VG248 - 1.3(1)

The VG is showing unreachable in the CUOM device summary. Can we manage VG 248 in the CUOM? I have added the device manually and it is using SNMPv1. It did the inventory collection for 10 minutes and then started showing unreachable.
