Viewmail 8.6 Catergorisation

Does anyone know if you can remove the auto-catergorisation as we have a customer who doesn't want voicemail messages to automatically be catergorised?

I can't find any details on removing this default feature, below is all I can find that suggests its a default behaviour.

Q.

I get voice messages in the same Inbox as my email. How do I tell which messages are voice messages?


A The color category called "ViewMail" is assigned to voice messages. By default, the ViewMail category is marked with a blue square, which displays in the Categories column. (To add the Categories column to your Inbox, see Outlook Help.)

This catergorisation is occuring with or without the viewmail plugin installed.

I know it was a while ago that you asked this question but i just ran into this problem and i cannot find anything on a solution.

Did you ever find a way to clear the automatic categorization?

Hi,

This is expected behavior with or without Viewmail for Outlook installed.  The server sets this category when it creates the messages.  This was added as a result of
