Running dual integrated (CM 4.1.3/Avaya G3R V11.5)with Unity 4.1 with off box Exchange 2003. We just upgraded our viewmail clients to version 4.1. We are now experiencing the problem where at slower remote site locations, Outlook hangs on startup with the following error.....
"The add in C:\Program Files\ViewMail\TFXEXT32.dll could not be installed or loaded."
When these laptop machines are plugged into a faster network, the problem goes away. Any ideas if there is a timeout or something else we can try to get these to work at these slower locations. When viewmail is uninstalled the Outlook loads and runs fine at these locations. Thanks in advance for any help!
