Visual Voicemail installed on 7975G phone connecting to Unity Connection 7.02. Phone does not stay logged in. I have configured the timeout of Visual Voicemail to be 300 as per instructions etc. This phone does not even have the option to check keep signed in so when you exit it completely logs off Unity Visual Voicemail. I have another 7975G and this does not have the problem
Does the phone have more than one directory number configured on it? I've only set Visual Voicemail up on a few phones at this point, but the ones that have multiple DNs don't offer the checkbox from what I've seen.
