VM to Inbox Question

Hi Everyone

My  manager came to me and wanted to know is it possible that once you delete a VM from your Outlook can the VM also be removed from the phone as well without going to the phone. So what they want is when you get the VM in Outlook and you delete it can it be removed as well from the phone at the sametime.

I'll assume this is CUC as you don't mention what you use

If you configured UM, that is the behavior you should get.

If you configured accept and relay, then what you're seeing is the expected behavior.

Thanks Jamie and yes it is CUC 10.5.2, so currently they are using the accept and relay. So once I enabled single inbox then they can delete from Outlook and it will remove it from the phone as well?
