We installed a packet sniffer on the desktop and there is absolutely zero traffic between the client and the Unity server. The setup is VMO in Outlook 2000 pointed at a 4.2.1 failover cluster.
I can see the form in Outlook and also add settings like my extension and the server IP; but there is no traffic. What is the expected behaviour underneath the covers here? Can't seem to get it working...
Please clarify what is not working. Do you mean you are not able to see the voicemails in your inbox? Do you mean you are not able to play the messages? Do you mean the play/record buttons are grayed out?
