Voice calls over IpSec Tunnel

I need gudiance in configuring of router 2851 to let voip calls pass through IpSec tunnel. the router is having pri terminated on it and the local, std and isd calls are passes through it. internal calls are via ip phones. the cucm used is 7.1. my requirement is to send voip calls dialed from an ip phone to other branch acrosss wan, through IpSec tunnel. please guide in the configurations and changes to be done in router and cucm.

also, you can check the ip of gateway and create the new key, probably config is not working
