In Unity Connection 1.2 at a previous site I created a directory handler that allowed users to call into UC and press 77# and they would be prompted to enter a name of an employee which would route the call without the user having to know the extension.
I now am at a site using Unity7.0 and I can't figure out how to do it. I have read about Speech Connect but it sounds like that requires a seperate server. Isn't there a way in Unity7.0 to allow users to dial a special code and be routed like in UC1.2?
