Voice mail alerts as email for alternate extensions for a single user

User has 2 lines on his cisco 7965 phones, we have configured one line as main and other as alternate extension on cisco unity connection, the user is receiving email notifications for voicemail alert for the main line, but not for alternate extension.

Is it possible to generate email alerts for mutiple extensions on one smtp address.

If it is possible, please let me know about the configuration.

You should get the email notification on both primary and alternate numbers. Do users get to the correct mailbox when dialling the alternate extension?
