Hi ,
we have created a hunt pilot number with two numbers of phones in the line group. We need to create a voice mail box for the hunt pilot. If the both phones are not attending the calls, it should reach the voice mail box in the given time .
Device specifications
Unity connection
version: 2.0.1.2000-337
With Call manager 6.0
Can anyone help me how to set the voice mail box for the hunt PILOT NUMBER.

Hi Sinjish,
In this type of setup any Forwarding settings have to be done on the Hunt Pilot itself. These Destination settings (on the Hunt Pilot) need to be configured to go to the Unity Voicemail Pilot #
Hunt Forward Settings
Forward Hunt No Answer - When the call that is distributed through the hunt list is not answered in a specific time, this field specifies how to forward the call.
Destination This setting indicates the directory number to which calls are forwarded. (This can be the Directory Number of the Unity VM Pilot)
Forward Hunt Busy - When the call that is distributed through the hunt list is busy in a specific time, this field specifies how to forward the call.
Destination This setting indicates the directory number to which calls are forwarded. (This can be the Directory Number of the Unity VM Pilot)
Maximum Hunt Timer - Enter a value (in seconds) that specifies the maximum time for hunting.(Used in conjunction with Forward Hunt Busy)

Dear Rob ,
Thanks for your support . But still I have some doubts about it .
If the call is forwarded to Voice mail box and the calling party is leaving a voice message , how and from which phone we retreive that voice message .

Hi Sinjsih,
You are most welcome! I see what your doubts are here. If the VM is left on the Hunt Pilot DN/Mailbox anyone with the PIN would be able to access it but how would anyone know when a message has been left?? There would be no Red MWI Lamp on any phone. What many people do is to do one of two things;
1. Make the Hunt Pilot DN an Alternate Extension on an existing Line Group Members mailbox so the Red MWI Lamp would be lit on their phone.
2. Add a second "shared" line to all Line Group members phones and then set the Hunt Pilot DN an Alternate Extension on this new line so the Red MWI Lamp would be lit on all member phones.
