Voice Mail issue

i'm trying to create a opening greeting profile on our voice mail server , but getting an error "Unkown problems are preventing the completion of the call"

steps follwed :-

1. I go Call handlers under Call Management

2. click on profile

3. After filling optios  i go to Recorded voice option

4. Verify Phone is check under Playback Device

whn i click on record button iam the the error.

please help
