We use Unity 4.0 with Exchange 2003 and the biggest complaint that we get is that when a voice mail from someone within the office comes into a user's inbox in Outlook, the subject line just indicates the caller's name. They would like to have it show the extension as well so they don't have to look it in the directory. Is that possible?
Unity 4.2 introduced the option to customize the subject lines for voice messages for each scenario (outside callers, messages left via call handlers, sub to sub messages etc...) - prior to that they are hard coded.
