I have seen mention of alternate voice prompts from the Cisco US voice "Leslie". I have a client asking if that voice is available for custom voice prompts to match the rest of the system prompts built into the AA? (i.e Thanks for calling XXX... for sales press 1, etc). Does anyone know?
I know it's been done in the past but I have no clue how much it costs or if there's a minumum number of prompts and such - contact your account team and they'll check with the localization group (they do all the voice recordings for all languages).
