Voice Recording Parameters and BAT Issue

Afternoon all,

We are now using DMS for our recording solution across all our supported devices within our CUCM cluster.

For recording to work we need to set the following parameters on each line:

Device\Phone\Line:

Recording Option

Recordin Profile

We ran a BAT query to update the above parameters on all our supported devices. However, the query didn't update all devices that had shared lines. If a device had a single line it would work fine. Results for devices with shared lines was inconsistent.

Is there a cluster-wide parameter that will allow me to fix the settings for the 'Recording Option' or 'Recording Profile' for devices on the entire cluster?

CUCM Version: 7.1(3)

Recording Solution: Carin (DMS)

Devices: Cisco 7970 & 7971

It would appear this is a bug with the BAT tool in CUCM version 7.
