Hi. Im trying to make somre changes to a voicemail auto attendant greeting. The DID for one of the departments is wrong. Im running Call Manager 6 and Unity 8. Ive looked around both servers and cant find the configuration. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi there,
You will need to look at the Call Handler (in Unity) that is built under the DN
that you are calling to reach the AA. Then you can have a read of the attached on "how to"
change Call Handler Greetings
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/8x/administration/guide/8xcusag040.pdf
Cheers!

Thanks for the point in the right direction. I was looking allthrough call hadlers before I posted. Turns out that our "AA" is attached to a user in unity instead of being where its supposed to be.
Thanks
