Voicemail in e-mail message

Hi,

we have new installation (Unity 4.0 with Domino). When we recive new voicemial we got it also in e-mail inbox. When we open the message we see some kind of media player but when try to play it we got unknown error message. Can we setup Unity so we recive voicemail as attachement.
