User receives this message when accessing voicemail :"?Your messages are not available now. To send a message press 2. You have no old messages. For set-up options press 4".
Anyone have any ideas? There is one Solution case number on TAC, however, it did not resolve the issue.

Are you sure that is the whole message?
What version of Unity are you running?
Are you in UMR mode?
What did TAC have you do?
Can you post a GUSI? change the names......

Are you in UMR mode? NO, this is the only user reporting the message

This is the prompt that is playing if the user is correct. [AvSubMsgCountENU172]. Please check the event viewer for this in a avconv error, warning or information. You should be able to reproduce this just by having the user check his/her messages. Refresh the event viewer and you should be able to find it.
This might give us a clue as to why it is getting played.
