Voicemail - PSTN

Hello everyone,


I am facing an issue that is driving me crazy.


I have a CUCM 8.6 integrated to CUC 8.6 via SIP. All my features are running properly, however when I try to call the VM Pilot from the PSTN I got a message that the user is busy on my gateway:

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

        Cause i = 0x8091 - User busy

Just to add more info, I have another service using the same SIP TRUNK into the Unity that is AA that is working fine. All calls from PSTN is completed.


Please, could you help me on it?

voice translation-rule 1
 rule 3 /^3/ /33/
 rule 4 /^4/ /34/
 rule 5 /^5/ /35/
 rule 6 /^6/ /36/
 rule 7 /^7/ /37/


And about the route pattern, I have attached an image from CUCM
